Biography LUIS GONZALEZ-ABRIL obtained his B.Sc. in mathematics in 1986, and his Ph.D. in economics in 2002 from the University of Seville. He is a senior lecturer in the Department of Applied Economics I at the same university. His research interests are in support vector machines, machine learning, qualitative knowledge, and time series analysis.
