Biography
Ms. Dawakit Lepcha is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Commerce and Management, Kalinga University, Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi. Her academic interests include consumer behaviour, branding, financial management, marketing, and business administration. She is actively engaged in teaching, academic research, and scholarly activities, with contributions to interdisciplinary research involving management, finance, technology, and sustainable development. She has also participated in organizing academic workshops, conferences, and seminars, supporting knowledge sharing and professional development. Her academic interests focus on connecting contemporary management practices with emerging business challenges and innovative solutions.
