Software Metrics and Measures Measurable Attributes of Software
Biography
Kartikeya Dimri is an Integrated M.Tech student in Computer Science and Engineering at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-B), India. His research interests include microservices, distributed systems, cloud computing, DevOps, and applications of large language models (LLMs).
His research spans distributed systems performance and responsible AI. He co-authored *Characterizing Communication Overhead in REST and gRPC for Inter-Service Communication*, which investigates the space and time overheads of communication protocols through controlled experiments. He also co-authored *Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as a Debiasing Strategy for Navigating the Bias–Utility Trade-off in Conversational AI*, which explores inference-time prompting strategies for mitigating social bias in LLMs while examining their impact on answer accuracy and utility.
Through his work, Kartikeya aims to develop a deeper understanding of scalable software systems and reliable, responsible AI applications.
