Osama ALKHAWALDEH, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Mutah University, Jordan. He holds a Bachelor degree and a Master degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Jordan, and a PhD from Loughborough University, United Kingdom.
