Biography
**Biography**
Nor Rul Hasma Abdullah is an academic and researcher at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Malaysia. Her research interests include power system optimization, economic dispatch, optimal reactive power dispatch, voltage stability, renewable energy integration, and computational intelligence. She has been involved in research applying metaheuristic and nature-inspired optimization techniques to electrical power system problems, including generation scheduling, optimal power flow, FACTS applications, and reactive power planning. Her current research focuses on developing and evaluating optimization approaches for improving the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of modern power and energy systems. She is also actively involved in teaching, research supervision, and engineering research development.
