Biography
Mohsen Sharifi is a Professor of Software Engineering at the Iran University of Science and Technology, where he leads a research group focused on Distributed Systems. His expertise lies in developing innovative distributed systems and applications that significantly enhance various scientific fields. He is the creator of c-sharifi, a high-performance, scalable cluster solution utilizing commodity computers to meet the needs of demanding scientific applications. Additionally, he aspires to develop a true Distributed Operating System. Mohsen earned his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom.
