Biography	Luís Barreto received the B.A. degree in Electrotechnical and Telecommunications Engineering from the Oporto University (FEUP), Portugal, and the Master degree in Networking Systems and Security by the same University. He is a Ph.D. in Electronical Engineering from the Aveiro University,Portugal. He is currently a Professor, Sub-Directort of the direction board of the Business Science Superior School, of the Polytechnic University of Viana do Castelo (Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais- Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo) and, since 2003, the Coordinator of the Business Computing Course.
