Biography Mukhtar M.E. Mahmoud is the dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Kassala, Sudan. He received a Ph.D. degree from the Sudan University of Science and Technology (SUST) in 2018. His main research interests are the Internet of Things, Cloud of Things, and Fog Computing, Smart Cities, Smart Healthcare, and Data Science.
